How many games are guaranteed for each team?

• Each team is guaranteed to play 3 games. Finals will be an additional game played on Sunday, 12/22 for each age group.

How will the games be played?

• 5v5 - includes a goalkeeper per team.

• No limits to overall team roster.

• Modified Streetball Futsal rules.

What are the rules of play?

The event will adhere to “Streetball Futsal” style of play. Streetball futsal is a fast-paced and exciting variant of soccer played on a smaller court.

• Let the PLAYERS play: There will be a ZERO tolerance policy for referee abuse. Any and ALL coaches, parents, spectators, and players choosing to act out and choose to verbally and/or physically abuse the referees will be immediately removed from the facility.

• Team Size: Streetball futsal is played with 4 field players + a Goalkeeper. The roster size is unlimited.

• Court Size: Streetball futsal is will be played on the hardwood basketball courts and sport turf fields.

• No Walls:  The out-of-bounds lines are marked on the ground, and the ball is considered out if it crosses these lines. Indirect Kick-ins to reintroduce the ball into play with a 5 second limit.

• NO Goal kicks:  The out-of-bounds lines are marked on the ground, if the ball crosses the end line via the attacking team, the goal keeper will reintroduce play with a roll out directly from their hands..

• Duration of the Game: Games will be 40 minute matches with two halves of 20 minutes each with 3 minute half-time breaks. Teams will have a 7 minute warm up period prior to the start of each game.

• Substitutions: Substitutions will be made on-the-fly. Players can come in and out of the game without stopping play. Players must exit the court before players can enter. Failure to do so, will result in a turn-over and in-direct free kick from the half court line.

• Fouls and Free Kicks: All fouls will result in an in-direct free kick, including kick-ins from balls going out of play. The ball must be reintroduced into play within 5 seconds of the ball being placed. **Exception is a direct kick for a penalty kick.

• Semi-Finals and Finals (IF tied at the end of regulation):
  - 5 minutes of FURY - 5 minute overtime, NO golden goal.
  - If tied at the end of overtime, 5 Player shoot out.
  - Sudden death shoot out if tied after initial 5 rounds.

Tie Breakers

• Tie Breaker (in order, between two teams)
  - Head to head competition
  - Most wins- Goals against (least goals allowed)
  - Goal differential (Max of 7 counted per game; ie: Game 1 score is 15-3, Goal differential is 7)
  - Goals forward (most goals scored)
  - Most shutouts
  - Shootout

• Tie Breaker (in order, between three teams)
  - Most wins
  - Goals against (least goals allowed)
  - Goal differential (Max of 7 counted per game; ie: Game 1 score is 15-3, Goal differential is 7)
  - Goals forward (most goals scored)
  - Most shutouts- Coin Flip
  ***3 team coin flip. Each team flips once.
  **Advancing team is 'odd' team. For example (Team A = Heads, Team B = heads, Team C = tails) Team C advances.
  *Re-flip if all teams land on the same side.

What to wear?

• Players must wear appropriate athletic attire, non-marking indoor shoes, and shin pads. 

• Teams will need to have a home (dark tops) and away (white tops). 

• Teams listed first in the schedule are the designate HOME team (dark tops)

Team & Individual Player Registration

• The Team Registration fee is $350 payable to Beyond HP a 501(c)(3) organization. 

• Every player rostered on the team will need to submit an Individual Player Registration through HP Elite & Beyond–Link below. The individual player registration will include a limited edition Streetball Futsal Charity Cup shirt and OFFICIAL player band for the event. 

• ALL players must be registered to receive the official player band and participate in the event once your team is formed & registered.
